How would I know if I need therapy?
This is an important question that can be answered with a number of examples or scenarios. But for conciseness, let’s look at this example: One should consider therapy when he/she has noticed that concerns with sleep, mood, irritability, or concentration have disrupted their lives in one way or another. For instance, if you find that your sleep or mood issues cause a problem with your sociability and/or effectiveness at work, considering giving us a call to better understand your circumstance.
Do you provide tele-mental health services?
Yes! We offer tele-mental health therapy sessions to clients in the states of Texas, Georgia and Florida (Intern-level tele-health therapy services are only offered in Texas). This allows us to reach those in remote areas or smaller communities who may have fewer options for mental health services. Tele-mental health also provides an alternative option for busy professionals and parents who want to continue to receiving treatment without undercutting limited available time. Additionally, tele-mental health is offered to all Veterans who may struggle with trauma-related challenges that relate to mobility.
